**Responsibilities**
- Front Counter duties at Taxi Accident Reporting Centre
- Assessment of liability based on BOLA guidelines
- Assistance to complete accident insurance report for taxi drivers
- Keying of accident details to E-file accident report for submission to Insurance companies includes taking photographs of damaged taxi
- Collate statistics and send to taxi companies
- Daily intake reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 'O' Level or NITEC in Automotive Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant job experiences in automotive claims
- Basic understanding of written and spoken in the main languages in Singapore
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Computer knowledge is prefered
