The Associate, Marketing is responsible for managing various types of content on the AVPN website and microsites to drive traffic and generate leads. The individual will work closely with an international team to update or create web pages as well as upload marketing collaterals. You will need to search and identify appropriate visuals and adapt them to our brand style in editing software, such as Canva. You will also be in charge of building and maintaining pages in WordPress/Elementor that are in line with our brand guidelines. We are in search of an individual with strong initiative and a sense of ownership who is excited to learn, grow, and challenge themselves.

**Responsibilities**:

- Publish blogs, event listings, press releases, and other content to websites built with WordPress
- Update website content to help achieve search engine optimization, paid advertising, and other digital marketing objectives
- Build WordPress pages (layout and functionality) to be in line with our design guidelines
- Add basic HTML styling when necessary, including links, unordered lists, etc.
- Find and edit images to enhance published pages and posts
- Perform daily website health checks and assist with quality assurance and reviewing pages loaded by other AVPN staff
- Provide front-end troubleshooting support
- Manage content integrity and ensure that all links remain active and accurate
- Perform tasks related to other digital channels (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc) managed by the team
- Provide support to Swapcard users in the use of the tool
- Identify improvement opportunities on the AVPN website and microsites

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in IT or marketing with knowledge of content management systems and web page development
- Experience managing website content
- Experience with WordPress/Elementor and basic knowledge of coding languages such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript would be an advantage
- Experience with Canva
- You are able to effectively communicate and work with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders.
- You pay attention to minute details of projects and tasks to ensure excellence. You are able to catch grammar/spelling/syntax errors.
- You are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
- You are well-organized in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
