We are seeking an **IT Infrastructure Specialist, located in Singapore.**

Independent of supervision you will:

- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal systems software and hardware.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a diverse environment.
- Monitor backups and plan for installed systems
- Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
- Communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
- Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
- May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
- May be client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions.
- May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

**This position requires**
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
- 5 - 10 years of professional relevant work experiences
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills; listening and critical thinking; presentation skills, facilitation skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all different levels
- Flexibility during organizational and/or business changes
- Ability to manage multiple projects while demonstrating a sense of urgency
- Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be self motivated, confident and decisive, with a “can do” attitude to meeting business needs
- Occasional travelling may be required in the APAC region
