Our Oilfield Equipment Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment, which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative completion tools.

The SPC Sourcing Leader will demonstrate leadership in negotiating with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Develops operational plan for own department. Contributions to plan of the larger unit. Also, to provide support in sourcing activities for SPC-Singapore site

As the SPC Sourcing Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Define and improve Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams.
- Develop regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
- Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
- Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
- Handles work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sourcing Management.
- Additional qualification in Supply Chain Management or Green Belt Six Sigma is an advantage.
- Oil & gas industry experience is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.
