WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

The incumbent reports to the Operations Manager of Policy Services - Partnership Distribution and is responsible for running the day to day management of all post inception requests and enquiries. He/she is required to ensure primary servicing objectives are met in terms of quality and efficient deliverables for in-forced policies to all partnering distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the direct liaison officer between partnering distributors and AIA internal stakeholders, bridging the operation disparity between partnering firms to AIA standards of business.
- Support distribution channel initiatives for process improvements, participate in providing conceptualised feedbacks for betterment of current processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing by respective internal stakeholders, relaying completion updates and deliverables to hands of customers via partners.
- Responsible for coordination and preparation and documenting of team meetings.
- Maintain and update team manual to ensure all new workflows and guidelines are incorporated and documented accurately.
- Uphold compliance to all IT and Compliance guidelines.
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager and/or HOD.

Key Requirements
- Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience (preferably in Insurance Operations).
- Related insurance qualifications such as M5, M9 and LOMA would be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and with a team in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter who constantly strives for excellence.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively influence individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
