**Job Description**:

- Report to BIM, Project Engineer / Manager
- Scope of site coordination and supervision of testing commissioning of ACMV services, installation works and progress management
- Manage and update testing plans, method of statements, procedures, workflows and risk assessments
- Liaise with various parties to coordinate works on timely manner
- observe safety management and SMM on site

**MinimumRequirements**:

- Nitec / Diploma/ Specialist Diploma or above in building services / mechanical engineering or related qualifications
- Experience in BIM is an added advantage but not a must, training in BIM provided for fresh grads or inexperienced
- Strong independence and good communication in English
- Willing to learn new skills
