The Office of Value-Driven Care strives to improve the value of healthcare delivered to patients across the SingHealth Cluster. We support the review, formulation and implementation of strategies that inculcate a Value-Conscious Culture in healthcare delivery. Our office coordinates Value-Driven Care (VDC) / Value-based Healthcare (VBH) efforts by facilitating knowledge sharing and joint learning. We also ensure the alignment of VDC/VBH initiatives with productivity efforts, measurement and improvement strategies.
As a Senior / Manager, you will:
- Develop and monitor strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve alignment and implementation of the VDC/VBH initiative across SingHealth institutions.
- Oversee department resources, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Spearhead the organisation of events and resources to build VDC/VBH capability within SingHealth at the cluster level.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff to build a high-performing team.
- Liaise with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to ensure alignment between the SingHealth VDC/VBH effort coordinated by the Office of VDC, and the National VDC effort or related workstreams coordinated by MOH.
- Support the Director and Group Director in strategic planning reviews by providing monthly performance reports and data-driven insights to senior management and relevant platforms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in biomedical or health sciences with at least 8-10 years of relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in data analytics, including statistical tools and benchmarking. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and change management practices is essential
- Experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage
- Strong leadership and management skills
- A team player, strong collaborator who is able communicate and manage change
- Independent worker, possess initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
