**1. General Ledger Management**
- Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate and timely entries.
- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and necessary adjustments.

**2. Account Reconciliation**
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies within the general ledger.

**3. Financial Reporting**
- Assist in the preparation of management and statutory financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Generate and analyze financial reports for management review and audit requirements.

**4. Month-End and Year-End Closing**
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review closing entries and necessary adjustments.

**5. Compliance, Audit, and Taxation**
- Ensure adherence to company policies, IFRS standards, and relevant tax regulations.
- Assist with external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
- Support corporate tax and GST filings with accurate documentation and analysis.

**6. Process Improvement**
- Identify opportunities for improving financial reporting processes and general ledger accuracy.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of accounting policies and procedures.

**7. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Operations teams to maintain financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support forecasting and financial planning activities.

**8. Other Finance-Related Responsibilities**
- Organize monthly and annual inventory cycle counts.
- Compile and report financial statistics.
- Monitor and review cash flow requirements.
- Track and analyze income and expenditures.
- Prepare management and statutory reports for subsidiaries.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field or Full ACCA qualification is required; CPA certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in a Finance Manager role with team management responsibilities.
- Proficiency in SAP accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
