**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with course coordinators, cluster manager and IT to prepare the necessary environment for the student’s hands-on sessions.
- Manage, maintain and administer computing and lab equipment for students’ use and teaching requirements
- Make available all technical manuals/ specifications as required by the course coordinator.
- Ensure lab facility and equipment are readily accessible to students and staff for use.
- Provide support by being present at the start of each lab session to assist with troubleshooting and during scheduled free access sessions
- Manage servers’ resources to support all hands-on sessions in the lab.
- Assist course coordinators in sourcing quotation, and purchase software, equipment/development boards/accessories in support of the lab activities.
- Provide support for student project related matters
- Ensure up-keep of lab
- Participate in committee and other admin duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor Degree or Diploma with relevant knowledge and skillset on IT equipment
- Working knowledge in windows administration and Linux.
- Basic programming experience will be advantageous.
- Pro-active and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Keep abreast of latest IT developments
- Able to work independently and be a team player when required
- Good communication and customer service skills
