Singapore Mitsuboshi Overseas Headquarters Pte Ltd Full time

Perform and maintain routine computer operations using AS400 on a daily and monthly basis.
- Performs maintenance on server, database, ERP system, in-house software (BCPS) and IT infrastructure with Head Office support.
- Responsible for the smooth operations of PCs in the company and help users solve problems related to the system and monitor the system performance.
- Perform program maintenance, modifications, and enhancements to new/existing systems through programming, testing, documenting, and training of users.
- Confer with the users and/or department representatives in resolving questions of program/system intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, and inclusion of internal checks and controls.
- Work closely and follow-up with computer engineering interns on various computer programming projects.
- Implementation of new IT-related requirements for the company with direction from Head Office.
- Maintain and update of IT inventory records, asset control and documentations.
- Maintain and update master files on a regular basis.
- Recommend and manage cost effectiveness in IT-related investments.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in computer programming, computer science or equivalent.
- Knowledge in various programming languages (Visual Studio, C#, Windows forms, SQLite, etc.)
- Strong independent work ethics.
- Excellent database management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
