**MISSION**:
**MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Create and develop fragrance formulations in response to client briefs, market trends, and product specifications.
- Provide technical expertise on raw materials, blending techniques, and performance optimization to ensure the fragrances are of the highest quality.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during the formulation or production process.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in fragrance ingredients and technologies, including sustainable sourcing and the use of natural and synthetic materials.
- Select and evaluate raw materials for their technical performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability credentials.
- Ensure all fragrance formulations comply with global fragrance regulations (IFRA, REACH, etc.) and adhere to client-specific guidelines.
- Keep up to date with changes in fragrance industry regulations and ensure that the formulations are updated accordingly.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure fragrances meet client expectations and align with market trends.
- Participate in client presentations and discussions to provide technical insights and address fragrance-related inquiries.

**Requirements**:
**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND**
- Professional Qualification in Chemistry or a related discipline.

**LANGUAGES**
- English Fluency

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- At least 3-8 years of working experience in a similar position in the Fragrance Industry, preferrable in Asia markets.
- Exceptional Olfactory evaluation ability
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and confidence in handling new tasks
- Proven track records of Fragrance wins in SEA
