Roles & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
**Branding & Communication**
- Implement and ensure that NIEC’s key messages are delivered across all platforms and activities.
- Safeguard NIEC’s corporate brand identity and ensure correct adaptation and usage of CI.
- Develop content for website and social media channels.
- Manage advertising for paid performance marketing.
- Plan and produce marketing collaterals for both print and online platforms, and outreach gifts.
- Manage marketing budget and exercise prudence and effective use of resources.
**Support Course Enrolment Target**
- Plan, develop and monitor marketing activities to increase NIEC brand awareness and drive acquisition for course enrolment.
- Leverage on NIEC Website, EDMs, social media and other digital communication platforms to increase awareness and generate leads for course enrolment.
- Plan and organise NIEC outreach events including Course Previews and Secondary School Talks.
- Work closely with career coaches and MOE ECG Counsellors to increase their knowledge of NIEC and our courses.
- Evaluate marketing programmes’ effectiveness and ROIs.
**Media**
- Build relationships with NIEC’s key media contacts.
- Support in media relations including pitching and attending to media queries.
- Mitigate and handle crisis and emergency communications.
- Monitor and communicate media coverage relating to sector and NIEC.
**Industry Collaboration**
- Foster partnerships for joint marketing initiatives with stakeholders.
- Participate in key industry events organised by key industry stakeholders e.g. Skillsfuture Festival, ECDA Conference.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree preferably in Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Hands-on digital marketing experience with a good track record of social media & website management.
- A creative and confident communications practitioner with a good command of English with strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Mother Tongue languages will be an advantage.
- Proactive team player with initiative, is meticulous and has good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive on working in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in creative software such as Photoshop / Premiere Pro and Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
