**The Role**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Undertaking competitor research and analyses.
- Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits.
- Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
- Helping shape and managing Gear Inc's image through different key social channels (Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok, etc).
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns and materials for the company.
- Overseeing the design, development, and improvement of the company websites and pages.
- Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Be the representative to work with internal and external stakeholders to create unique and engaging content as well as redesign and manage company profile, company brochures, brand, logo, etc.
- Supporting to build Employer Branding and recruiting campaigns.
- Creating, tracking, and improving marketing KPIs and budgets.
- Be up to date with latest trends and technologies in digital marketing overtime, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry development.

**Ideal Profile**

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (studying abroad is preferable).
- Having at least 4 years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of Search Channel Optimization and advanced Word and Powerpoint skills
- Having experience in targeting international audiences
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to make decisions.
- Organized and strong attention to detail.
- Good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines

**About us**

We're looking for a well-rounded Marketing Specialist who works closely with different stakeholders and reports directly to the Chairman to develop and manage all aspects of our marketing strategy. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels. Our ideal Marketing specialist would be highly self-motivated, proactive and have knowledge of current marketing tools and trends in order to execute successful marketing campaigns.
