**Communication Skills Trainer, Trinity College London**

**Responsibilities**:
**Must be familiar with Trinity London College, Communication Skills grading and delivery of syllabus**
- **Design and Deliver Training Programs**:

- Develop and implement effective communication skills training programs for students.
- Create curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools
- **Conduct Workshops and Sessions**:

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide guidance on effective public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate students' communication abilities through various assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help individuals improve their communication skills.
- **Stay Updated on Communication Trends**:

- Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in communication skills and integrate relevant updates into training programs.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other educators and staff to integrate communication skills training into broader educational initiatives.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Offer one-on-one support for students who require additional assistance in improving their communication skills.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of students' progress and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
- Generate reports on the effectiveness of communication skills programs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in communication skills training or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with diverse communication styles and cultural considerations.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- **Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt training techniques to meet the unique needs of students.
- **Technology Skills**:

- Proficiency in using technology to enhance communication skills training.
- **Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications in communication skills training may be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

**Salary**: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
