**_All roles listed as 'remote' are available as remote within the same country._**: **_ Location: Singapore_** **Overview**: The Digital Success team works hand-in-hand with Development and Security leaders from modern dev shops to advance their open source security program using the Snyk Cloud Native Application Security Platform. We're looking for a talented, curious and driven individual to join our team to guide Snyk's customers and help build the future of Customer Success at Snyk. In this role, you will develop impact-driving digital engagement strategies in partnership with many teams across Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Support. **You'll Spend Your Time**: - Growing product adoption within a portfolio of a variety of companies primarily through scaled programs - Develop a deep understanding of our users, what motivates them to try our product and why they may be interested in expanding their usage - Outlining Snyk best practices and use cases that help customers improve their security posture and optimize their processes. - Representing Snyk in the customer community and advocating for Shift Left Security - Representing the "Voice of Customer" by sharing feedback with our Product team - Assessing customer data and qualitative insights to continuously iterate and improve our scaled success efforts - Managing high level operational strategy and automation investment to tactical account level escalation. - Creating educational content on how to use and adopt snyk products - Are passionate about technology and looking for an opportunity to learn about developer workflows and AppSec - Enjoy helping highly technical companies solve problems and drive value to their organizations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Can manage multiple projects independently - Have strong analytical skills to use data insights for assessing risk, making improvements, and learning from highly successful customers - Background in computer science, engineering and security is a plus **We'd especially love to hear from you if you**: - Created a Snyk account and got to know our tech - Have experience creating educational content - Have experience executing one-to-many strategies for engagement and adoption **Interested?** **About Snyk** At Snyk, we envision an inclusive technology industry powering a more sustainable and secure world.
