**Salary**:$8/hr + ($5 meal allowance)
**Work hour**:9am to 5pm (include 1-hour meal time)
**Workday**:Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
**Location**:Bukit Batok/ Kembangan Chai Chee

**Community Telehealth Service (CTS) **was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic by a group of students from NTU. We aspire to co-shape community healthcare through telehealth booths equipped with innovative health technologies located within our common spaces and an active health monitoring program to improve health access and social support. EOT TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is a spinoff social enterprise to build on CTS for long-term health impact. We are on the lookout for people with a keen interest to transform healthcare systems from the ground up with us.

**Responsibilities**

The role and responsibilities include:
Assist in operating the Community Telehealth Booth health services and training to users and volunteers alike.

Engage the users in the follow-up care procedure and health coaching

Assist in data collection (E.g. conduct ground-based research with the public)

Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for self-motivated purpose-driven individuals who value integrity, teamwork, and learning technology-driven solutions to help themselves and their community.

You should possess the following;
Able to speak, read and write English, other languages are desirable

Interest in health coaching, wellness, digital technologies, and operating health devices

Possess the aptitude and attitude to engage with the general public and stakeholders in multiple settings (within the CTS booth, engagement events, small closed groups, public spaces, etc.)

Able to work shift hours/days including weekends and public holidays and open to support CTS teams at different locations

Minimum 3 days commitment per week
