Technical Consultant (Singapore with a London HQ)

**Key Accountabilities**
- **BAU Configuration & Support Management**:

- Lead the management of configuration changes for existing (BAU) clients, ensuring their ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage Level 1 Support for Asia Pacific clients
- Responsible for design
- delivery of best practise analytics through our apps
- **Lead New Client Configuration**:

- Lead the configuration setup for new clients on the Invest and Radar apps, aligning with their unique needs and requirements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of configuration strategies for new client integrations.
- **Quality Assurance and Testing**:

- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks and testing for all configurations, with a primary focus on BAU client setups.
- Implement and uphold high standards in configuration management, ensuring robust and reliable client experiences.
- **Client Facing Consulting**:

- Responsible for regular interactions across BAU clients to provide technical assistance on the software and on config as required.
- **Documentation and Process Improvement**:

- Maintain detailed documentation of configuration processes, changes, and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve configuration management processes, with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
- **Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing**:

- Collaborate with the Data and AI Solutions Team, sharing insights and best practices in configuration management.
- Engage in knowledge transfer activities, mentoring team members and contributing to team-wide learning.
- **Innovation and Research**:

- Propose innovative approaches and solutions to enhance both BAU and new client configurations.
- **Performance Monitoring and Feedback Integration**:

- Monitor the performance and impact of BAU configurations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Gather and integrate client feedback to continually refine and optimise configuration approaches.
- **Commercial support**
- Owners of Gdrinx solutions and ensuring demo happy paths are delivering against client needs
- Supporting commercial ion RFPs and pitches to enhance the quality of our commercial funnel
- **Upsell**
- Identify opportunities for Upsell and extension in our existing clients to support our commercial targets

**Required Skills**:

- Capability to adapt and contribute to new client configuration projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with SQL is advantageous.
- Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction.
