ETC is offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive role in the Auction & Sales team

You will be part of the Auction & Sales team at ETC, one of Singapore’s leading property auction houses, a division specializing in the swift and effective divestment of various property types, including residential, retail, office, shophouses, industrial, and unique assets such as land plots.

Under the direct supervision of the Director, you will be responsible for managing marketing strategies, providing operational support, and ensuring the department’s smooth functioning while contributing to the achievement of exceptional results for our clients.

**Job description**:

- Market a wide range of properties (residential, commercial, and industrial) for sale through various sales modes such as auctions, private treaty sales, EOI, and tender.
- Attend marketing appointments, inspections, and viewings, ensuring timely follow-up with leads to secure sales.
- Prepare marketing materials and the necessary marketing reports.
- Liaise with and build strong client relationships with bankers, private owners, and solicitors.

**Requirements**:

- Have experience in the property industry or in sales/marketing.
- A motivated and proactive team player who can work independently on assigned tasks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and professional levels.
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media marketing on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram is advantageous.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a valid CEA license as a Real Estate Salesperson (RES).
- Hold a degree or diploma in Real Estate from a recognized institution.
