**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Lead to spearhead the development, customization, and support of our Dynamics AX platform. This role demands deep technical expertise in Dynamics AX and leadership skills to guide a team of developers through successful implementation, customization, and integration projects.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Lead technical requirement gathering, documentation, and solution architecture.
- Manage the implementation and deployment of AX modules and customizations.
- Perform effort estimation for change requests (CR).
- Customize Dynamics AX solutions using X++, MorphX, and AX web services.
- Handle post-live support, issue resolution, and end-user training.
- Oversee system integration testing (SIT), quality assurance (QA), and performance tuning.
- Work on report development using SSRS and manage file import/export frameworks.
- Support installation, configuration, and system upgrade efforts.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration with business processes.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics AX ERP development and implementation.
- Proven ability to lead a technical team of 4-6 junior/senior AX developers.
- Expertise in:

- AX 2012 User Tools, MorphX, and X++ Editor / Debugger.
- SSRS Report Development.
- Experience in AX installation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics AX Security System setup and administration.
- Demonstrated ability in solution documentation, upgrades, integration, and system testing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft.NET (Visual Studio) and Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
- Experience or exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Sure Step implementation methodology.
- AX Programming Certification is a plus.
