Founded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, Trustana is based in Singapore with a hub in China.

**Role**
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, customer led, creative, intelligent and experienced individual who will be responsible for driving Trustana's growth and margin through strategic planning, cross collaboration and strong category knowledge.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute optimal customer led category strategy, product assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising plans for ongoing expansion.
- Monitor all competitive & industry activities, regarding trends, assortment, marketing, pricing & promotions. Identify & forecast category trends & opportunities before the crowd.
- Data analysis of category using retail and e-commerce related data and information to provide insights and actions to maximise KPIs, sales and margin.
- Build regular category reviews so it's clear what has worked and not worked in the past, and provide a clear outline of the goals for the next period and what is required to achieve.
- Work closely with Growth to build sales driving content and marketing plans.
- Manage inventory health to maximise availability and minimise shrinkage.

**Qualifications**
- 5 years' experience ideally in Ecommerce category management, preferably in an FMCG.
- Superb business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management (both internal and external).
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong analytical acumen and comfortable generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics and analyses.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills while managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
- Flare for understanding Home & Living trends and knowledgeable about customer behaviour. Love what you do.
- Great communication skills (both oral and written) are a must
