**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Good knowledge of interior architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
- Proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office suite, Revit
- Flair in design; able to sketch fast and produce a good design concept
- Work closely with the project manager, design coordinators, and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production
- Responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules
- Result-oriented and passionate to deliver projects successfully
- Able to work independently with a high degree of integrity
- Value support and cultivate cooperation among colleagues
- Work closely with the team and Design Lead to develop, coordinate and implement the interior design of projects from concept design to documentation and construction
- Liaison with client, sub-contractor

**JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)**
- A recognized Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 2-5 years of local working experience
- Fresh graduates with a desire to grow professionally are welcome
- Preferable experience in the workplace
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Conversant with local codes and regulations
