**A day in the life**:
Providing advice on making a claim and assessing the admissibility of a potential claim
- Handling possible claim appeals and all issues related to client management
- Monitoring and close follow up on progress of claims, update records of customer interaction
- Identifying reasons why full payment may not be made, ensuring accuracy of claim assessment, and resolving customer grievances
- Meeting and maintaining high level of frontline service
- Supporting the Department in daily business operations such as following-up on accurate information and documents from the client for processing purposes and handling Employee Movement Declarations from the client
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**What you need**:
At least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales / customer service, or insurance
- BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI certifications is a plus
- Team player, detail-oriented, and accountability
- Good analytical, communication, presentation and time management skills
- A hunger to learn and grow with the firm
