**1. Role Description**

This position reports to the director and interfaces with other department managers and customers. The Logistics Operations Manager will need to keep track of logistics and update the company's inventory, analyze operational performance and resolve issues. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards.

**2. Specific Responsibilities**

Individual to be involved in:

- Oversee all day to day operations.
- Manage and maintain inventory as well as monitoring & evaluate all necessary performances.
- Ability to keeps track of all the relevant inventories and maintaine the necessary stock levels.
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting.
- Comply with all company policies, relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the business adhere to all necessary regulations.

**3. Competencies**
- Skilled communicator with excellent problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational ability to address operational concerns, issues and monitoring.
- Have business management knowledge to handle the operations aspects of the said business
- Decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
