Your tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and perform Quality Assurance activities for the mentioned discipline(s) within the project’s life cycle
- Monitor compliance to the defined process and quality of the work products
- Identify gaps and non-conformances
- Drive the definition of improvement actions for the non-conformances and track their implementation to closure
- Communicate non-conformances & their associated risks to relevant stakeholders and escalate as per defined strategy
- Guide the team through coaching when the defined processes and guidelines are not correctly understood
- Represent the discipline quality towards the customer

**Profile**:
Job Requirements (required)
- Degree / Masters in Computer Science / Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in development in Software / System discipline or minimum 3 years in Software / System Quality Assurance.
- Very good understanding of Software / Product development life cycle and development methodologies
- Good written and oral communication skills

- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)

- Ability to solve problems creatively; fluent in use of problem solving tools
- Willing to travel overseas for training and/or projects on short notice
- Knowledge of Functional Safety Management and Security
- Knowledge of legal process standards (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, CMMI, etc.)
- Knowledge of the product portfolio
- Soft skills: Knowledge of coaching and training techniques, Planning and organization skills, Proactiveness, Analytical capability
- Domain: Knowledge of embedded software development / hardware components / mechanical development & Knowledge of automotive technologies
