Job Description **Location**: North East Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm Permanent Position Minimum Diploma with 3 years working experiences Produce production documentation as required, to ensure products are built to the correct quality within the build process. Introduction of new processes & training for new product/ product transfer Implement change and champion value engineering Resolve any production problem on the shop floor To participate and support any assigned engineering projects and meet delivery commitments Review and action allocated production or engineering defects to conclusion within given time constraints. Design and implement all necessary jigs, fixtures and tooling to ensure ease and consistency of manufacturing. Work closely with supplier, customer, multi-discipline teams and internal staff. Through appropriate testing and use of testing protocols and procedures, ensure new or modified items or assemblies are "fit for purpose" and in line with overall design requirements. Liaise with vendors in resolving non-conformance and supplied quality issues. Proactive in contributing ideas and solutions in achieving department goals Responsible for any other projects as and when assigned by his/her immediate superior.
