**Responsibilities**:
**THE ROLE**:
You will support engineering activities to implement engineering solutions for continuous improvement on Lab equipment, to achieve quality and cycle time to meeting engineering qualification activities schedules.

**THE PERSON**:
You are team-oriented, possess strong communication skills and are methodical in approach. You possess a strong attention to detail and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Liaise with manufacturing sites and planners to ensure flawless execution of Engineering activities
- Generate test instruction to engineering lab for execution
- Execute evaluation for test program or product qualification activities
- Provide basic and higher technical level of debug via root cause analysis in resolving equipment/product related issues
- Document test results and generate result and debug report timely

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Basic knowledge on Electronics and Semiconductors
- Understanding of semiconductor testing
- General understanding of manufacturing/operations
- Computer knowledge (Proficiency in Microsoft Office) and skills in report generation
- Flexible to work in staggered or night shifts as required by business needs

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
