Job Description:

Duties include:

- Manage our clients' assigned social media accounts
- Perform AI topic recommendation, AI content generation, AI customer sentiment analysis and reports for clients

~ Drive Content Ideation and Content Annual Plan with assigned accounts
- Prepare monthly analytics reporting
- Oversee and Manage branded video production and Influencers campaign
- Provide improvement recommendations to clients to achieve overall KPIs
- Strong creative person with the ability to visualize compelling social media production for the client’s campaigns
- Excellent understanding of business challenges of the clients’ industry

Training will be provided and longer term performance bonus will be awarded for deserving high performers.

Experience Needed:

- Strong Writing/Copy Writing Skills
- Account Management of multiple brand accounts
- High Client satisfaction and commendations
- Client friendly disposition
- Strong Abilities & Experience in managing customers' Social Media accounts
- Professional sales or account management experience
- Customer friendly
- High Energy and Results Oriented
- Ability to present clearly in English
- Proficient in Social Media content generation and copywriting (with proven showcase works)
- Able to work independently and yet be collaborating as part of a bigger team

Education Qualifications : Poly or Degree

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
