KodeKloud is looking for a Senior QA Analyst who is keen to join the team and help build the right QA processes, workflow and setup for the team to grow. The role will also take full ownership of such processes, the quality outcome and the maintenance of our products.

**Responsibilities - What will you do**:

- Building full end-to-end automation and manual testing workflow and processes for our web platform.
- Building a top-notch internal QA team: hiring and managing
- Identify and perform routine checks across products to maintain a high-quality efficacy.
- Manage, evaluate and curate all issues reported with full ownership and accountability.
- Be an individual contributor to the team as we scale: Initiates discussions with the right people to understand issues, work directly with developers to get issues resolved.
- Work closely with the Product Owners to understand the requirements, in order to create a proper set of end-to-end testing flow.

**Minimum Qualifications and Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a QA working across different phases of a project
- Hands-on experience in manual testing on all projects
- At least 3 years of experience working with different tools and softwares in writing Automated Testing
- Experience in building excellent QA frameworks from scratch or optimizing existing processes and workflow for the team
- Experience in managing a Quality-driven team
- Experience in conducting and managing Peer-to-Peer testing internally and externally outside of team; cross-department or agencies
- Excellent communication skills to work with developers by understanding the way they speak and all the tech-related discussion
- Driven to uphold quality standards and experience for users by identifying gaps and issues

**Good-to-have Requirements**:

- Have had technical experience and knowledge in various technologies of the Frontend and Backend frameworks such as ReactJS, PostGreSQL, AWS, Rails, etc.
- Have basic understanding of infrastructure and hosting of such technologies such as AWS, CDNs, Heroku, etc.
