**Responsibilities**:
PO Leader oversees both administrative and daily branch operation of Post Office Network

touchpoints.

PO Leaders supervise the Service Ambassadors and general staff. They maintain inventory, provide

excellent total customer service experience, execute merchandising programs, and ensure safety and

security standards are upheld. PO Leaders are also in charge of hiring, training and firing employees.

PO Leaders are also expected to service the counters handling transactions such as:

- Cashiering duties such as Bill payments, and other payments
- Fee income duties such as agency products and services, remittance, etc
- Sales duties such as sale of postal and products
- Customer service duties by serving customers reliably & graciously in line with our

prescribed service standards.
- Reconciliation duties and ensuring accuracy of cash & stocks under their custody
- Mail duties by accepting, balancing and delivery of mail and other articles under Tracked

Package, Basic Package, Registered Service & SpeedPost
- Custodial duties such as safe keeping of cash and stocks, stamps and valuables
- Replenishment of merchandise outside PO premise for example, stock in/out of packing

materials, stamps, gifts and transporting new/obsolete stock to/from post office.

Any other duties to ensure that the Post Office is an efficient and profitable branch such as promoting

Financial Services products.

**Requirements**:
PO Leaders must have excellent leadership skills, be able to command authority and possess strong

communication abilities. Decision-making and reasoning skills are also of utmost importance.
