Job Description

To lead and develop business revenue growth for Singapore Business Unit (SGBU) via new acquisition B2B customers and growing share of wallet through our corporate customers. The role look into enhancing financial services such as partnership with existing and potential financial services providers.

SG Sales and Account Management
- Recruit and manage a top-performing sales team and guide team members to succeed at both, ie exceeding revenue target of 250 Million and collaborating with their colleagues
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to specific target verticals and/or companies;
- Work with Marketing, Strategy, and other functions to architect and drive sales funnel conversion / developing contract logistics solutions for customers
- Set team and individual KPIs, design the corresponding compensation plans and hold your team members accountable, while creating an environment that brings out the best in everyone
- Foster strong sales cadence within the business unit.
- Identify emerging markets and potential prospects
- Implement tools and scalable processes to nurture the pipeline, track and report progress, and accurately forecast sales target volumes and revenues
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial contracts in conjunction with legal, finance and strategy through to execution
- Leading the Sales team on all Contract Logistics Sales for RFQs and Tenders
- Ensuring all sales contract are renewed timely
- Maintaining relationships with current customers and developing new business with them
- Steer sales strategic direction and plan, collaboratively developing and executing this with the cross functional teams, with the eye on growth and increasing market share.
- Deliver strong customer value propositions, drive market-facing messages and pricing approaches for current and future products

Financial Services
- Leading and fronting SingPost’s financial services business which include and not limited to:

- Leading and driving the life / general insurance partnership between SingPost and HSBC Life (Previously known as AXA Insurance)
- Leading and driving the banking partnership between SingPost and Standard Chartered Bank
- Drive Financial Services business across SingPost omni-channels: Post Offices, digital and online e
- commerce outreach to achieve revenue target of 10M
- Plan and execute successful new product launches with business partners, including setting up the end-to
- end business to make the product launch possible, ensure operational efficiency and develop targeted tactical marketing campaigns.
- Acts as a liaison between business partners and functional departments within the company and take on an active role in managing the partnership relationship to ensure Division’s revenue and profitability targets can be achieved.
- Manage department budgets (PNL) and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Review Financial Services - Sales, Support and Operation processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure the achievement of product sales volumes and fee income revenues through active product management of product mix, campaigns and marketing initiatives and incentive programs.
- Ensure high levels of competency and product knowledge among the sales team through active management of and participation in product training and support of products.
- Oversee leads acquisition activities across, both, physical and online channels to support business partners’ salesforce to achieve business targets.
- Ensure SLAs and other contractual objectives of business operations/ compliance processes are met and actively managed in accordance with SingPost’s policy as well as local regulatory framework.
- Provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to the team to achieve a common goal.
- Foster teamwork and unity among the team members within Financial Services department as well as other departments within the Division.
- Develop the strategic priorities for the department; provide direction to the staff and help oversee and review implementation of department initiatives.
- Handle people related responsibilities such as work allocation, performance management and manage issues like conflict resolution for staff in Financial Services team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and above
- At least 6 years of team and stakeholder management experience
- Strong leadership and good stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen
