Team Introduction
ByteDance Procurement aims to provide high-quality purchasing solutions for ByteDance and establish a global platform for purchasing resources. Through providing professional management of procurement resources, selecting high-quality suppliers, and managing supplier performance, we aim to improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and compliance of ByteDance procurement behavior, fostering a long-term business environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Fully responsible for the company service outsourcing (BPO, ITO, HRO) as sourcing manager.
2. Implement and optimize procurement processes to drive business with higher efficiency and lower cost.
3. Support and participate in all sourcing activities and build knowledge of procurement project management.
4. Work closely with business owners with strong business acumen, define procurement and supply strategy; help business scale quickly by providing feasibility and innovative advice.
5. Deep diving into the outsourcing service industry at global level, benchmarking category, analyzing necessary data to select high quality and cost, optimized vendors.
6. Manage supplier daily deliverables, establish performance measurement system to increase competition between vendors, secure supply, and deliver efficiency and flexibility.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems.
5. Willingness to travel within the APAC region including MY, VN, ID, TH as needed.
6. Able to deal with ambiguity, conflict management, and change management

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent).
3. Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably in a multinational organization.
4. In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, best practices, and market trends in the APAC region.
5. Familiarity with procurement software and tools such as SAP and Coupa.
