**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items. Ensure a friendly and positive experience for all patrons.
- **Order Preparation**: Prepare and serve bakes and beverages according to cafe standards. Ensure accuracy and quality of orders.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including tables, counters, and dining areas. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Communicate effectively to provide excellent service.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in inventory tracking and restocking supplies as needed.
- **Customer Feedback**: Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Gather feedback to improve service.
- **Personalization**:
Remember regular customer's names and preferences. Tailor experiences based on guests’ feedback and requests.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 9 per week
