**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated Client Support Associate to provide top-notch assistance to our clients. The role offers an excellent mentorship opportunity for career development, while providing the flexibility of a work schedule that supports work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate client records and case documentation.
- Identify and escalate complex client issues to the relevant departments.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in customer service or client support is a plus but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
