A key purpose of the role is to assist the Executive Director with content planning and asset creation by managing calendars and liaising with multiple stakeholders across the business, including design, marketing, communications, social media, etc.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Develop and implement a social media and content marketing strategy for ISA Group.
- Research, create and distribute a variety of content deliverables including compelling blog posts, case studies, and engaging social media content.
- Working with the marketing and business development team to manage ISA Group’s social media channels, including social monitoring and commentary on relevant industry news and talking points.
- Develop new content ideas and identify relevant opportunities to enhance ISA Group’s brand awareness and authority aligned with the ISA Group’s positioning.
- Liaise closely with our internal departments to find and tell the best stories across the organization.
- Support the communications team with various events, campaigns, and collateral creation.
