**What You’ll Do & Responsibilities**:
- Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail side of the store
- Feed, water, nurture and care for cats
- Check and monitor for signs of disease, illness or distress in guests
- Keep detailed records of feeding, exercise and medication schedules
- Assist to transport cats to third party venues (etc. vet visits, grooming appointments)
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness within all areas of store, including daily cleaning duties.
- Perform cashiering and inventory duties
- Attend to customers for retail, assist them with product recommendations, facilitate arrival and departure of guests to and from the hotelier.
- Book customers in for appointments
- Maintain an e-commerce database with promotions, new products
**Job Requirements**
- You must possess a love for cats and have an empathetic disposition
- Enjoys building customer relations
- Possesses a good approach to customer care, including good listening skills and call handling
- At least 1-2 years prior veterinary care experience preferred
- You can multi-task and work independently
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malayu is preferred
- Strong typing skills (min 40 wpm)
