**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in supervising the daily accounting and financial operations of the accounts team;
- Prepare monthly Club’s journals, accounts and all related management reporting timely;
- Ensure the Club’s financial and accounting records are properly kept and recorded in accordance to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and compliance with the regulatory requirements;
- Preparing monthly I&E Statements;
- Liaise with the relevant stakeholders to the completion of statutory reporting, including liaising with auditors on audit related queries, prepare audit schedules and financial report to auditors
- Processing of monthly Giro payments and prints for statement of accounts;
- Participates in Finance committee meetings and operations meeting. Prepare minutes of meetings;
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related qualifications with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience;
- Strong command of written and spoken English;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders;
- Independent and ability manage work with minimum supervision;
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of Pivot Tables, V- look-ups etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,300.00 per month
