TITLE: ANALYST

REPORTS TO: Managing Director

LOCATION: Singapore

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: You will assist senior management and will receive broad-based exposure to all aspects of real estate investment and development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
underwriting, feasibility studies, due diligence, business development, capital assemblage, joint venture negotiation, development management, asset management, debt, and dispositions.

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business
- Evaluation, underwriting, due diligence, and closing of acquisitions and dispositions.
- Feasibility analysis, design, marketing and construction of development projects.
- Work closely with senior management and have extensive interaction with the real estate community.
- Prepare acquisition/development updates and coordinate reporting to shareholders/investors.
- Produce investment committee materials and assist senior management with investment committee presentations.

Project Execution/Asset Management
- Participate in the asset management of existing properties overseeing leasing, capital projects, tenant relations, investor relations and communications.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules for significant variances.
- Assist in the leasing of owned/managed assets.
- Facilitate the marketing of projects to investors including making certain that all project agreements are properly documented.
- Serve as liaison and monitor the flow of information regarding projects among interested parties including investors, market research personnel, construction groups and architects.
- Work closely with appropriate personnel to design and implement a marketing plan.
- Provide support for project design and site selection activities as needed.
- Serve as a member of various project teams as required to facilitate company needs.

EXPERIENCE:

- 2 to 5 years related experience in real estate or in a financial analysis role.

EDUCATION:

- College diploma from accredited institution required.
- MBA/Master’s degree strongly preferred.

SKILLS:

- Be fluent in English. Other languages such as Mandarin or other business language used in Southeast Asia would be a plus.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Think creatively.
- Successfully manage a variety of tasks within a tight time schedule.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to work independently with mínimal oversight.
- Interact with employees, visitors, contractors and business partners.
- Compose business letters, expositions, summaries, and reports using proper formatting, punctuation, grammar, diction and style.
- Speak before an audience with confidence, using appropriate communication skills/style.
- Establish and maintain a cooperative working atmosphere.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel software.
