This job is required to ensure continuity and improvement in Food Safety and Quality Management System for HNC Premix Plant, Singapore, which includes running the FSQ programs, relevant FSQM and regulatory certifications for the site and response to customer enquiries, providing product related documentation and FSQ training and culture promotion for all premix staff.

**Your key responsibilities**

Quality Assurance
- Ensure on-going compliance of the processes, procedure and products to the company’s directives and policies, to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Appointed as the IQA Lead, organize and co-ordinate Internal audit cycle and follow up timely on CAPA implementation, verification and effectiveness check.
- Act as Food Defense Team Leader in upkeeping the plan and conduct assessment. Appointed as a HACCP team member in reviewing and assessment of food safety risk. This includes the review of OPRP & CCP related SOPs, plan and conducting CCP and OPRP validations with collaboration with Ops team.
- Act as site audit coordinator for certification and customer audits, as well as regulatory inspections. Follow up on CAPA and responses to auditor to meet closure timeline. Administer Quality documentation via EDM and share points. Develop, review and revise procedures/SOPS to be enhance/reinforce quality and food safety compliance.
- Plan and conduct mock exercises: Product mock recall, food defense. Support management of change on quality and food safety risk assessment.
- Monitor and conduct quality data trending and analysis and compile for management review. Plan and conduct GMP, ISO and Quality & Food Safety trainings to staff to promote quality and food safety culture.
- Review of Quality Agreements in consultation with Legal and Manager, and coordinate sign off. Review pest control record periodically for opportunity of timely improvement Troubleshoot and work on root cause finding of deviations and non-conformance.

Regulatory & Technical Services
- Acts as Halal Team leader. Responsible in ensuring Singapore plant gets Halal certified. Liaise with MUIS and provide support to APAC Account Managers on premix products Halal certification.
- In charge of Kosher compliance matter and renewal certification. Liaise with Kosher body for Kosher certification for the required premixes.
- Issuance of Halal/Kosher/GB and any other regulatory statements to customers. Act as APAC Regional representative for Global DSM Halal and Kosher meeting group.
- Maintenance of Sedex, customers’ quality system (eg. eRMD), PIF, food safety visa or any form on premix product related to quality and food safety.
- Track QUIC requests and coordinate with various departments to complete customer requests on questionnaire on quality systems and testing, issuance of statements and compliance letters.

**You bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent and with minimum 2 years of similar experience in the Quality field of work.
- Strong food safety and quality mind set.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO standards with work practices.
- Experience in conducting quality audit & training.
- Analytical ability with good communication skill, and report writing skill.
