Senior Executive, Faculty Ops

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive to provide exceptional operational and administrative support to our faculty members. As a key member of the Faculty Affairs team, you’ll coordinate complex travel, plan events, and manage logistics for faculty-led projects, special guests, and academic initiatives. You’ll be a go-to problem solver, streamlining processes while building trusted relationships across the school.
Key Responsibilities- Provide shared administrative and logístical support to a group of faculty members.- Manage travel arrangements, reimbursements, and itineraries.- Support the planning and execution of academic events such as seminars, conferences, and workshops, coordinating logistics, invitations, and venue arrangements.- Prioritise and triage faculty requests based on urgency, deadlines, and scope.- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications- Diploma in business administration, education, or a related discipline.- Minimum 3-5 years of professional administrative experience, ideally in a higher education, academic, or research-intensive environment.- Experienced in supporting leaders or managing complex administrative workflows (e.g. travel, events, scheduling, logistics).- Excellent organization and time management skills.- Strong interpersonal and written communication.- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools.- Experienced in using administrative platforms such as Workday.
