**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cut ingredients according to menu requirements, ensuring freshness and precision.
- Assist chefs in organizing preparation work to ensure timely ingredient preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen work area.
- Adhere to food safety standards to ensure food quality and safety.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in ingredient preparation preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Basic hygiene and safety awareness.
- Flexible work schedule availability.
