**Job Description**:
**The Role**
- Executes global and domestic mobility processes and policies in line with Toll’s business strategy and employee value proposition.
- Help new hires and existing employees navigate all parts of the mobility lifecycle in Toll, including immigration, relocation, and mobility tax processes. Emphasis will be in Singapore, Australia, and Japan for the next 2-3 years.
- Oversees day-to-day immigration and assignment management processes, including cost projection approvals, initiating and tracking cases, oversight of immigration support as well as vendor performance management, exceptions and escalation
- Ensures compliance of global mobility practices in line with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards, and other known relevant policies and guidelines; works cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and other teams to ensure mobility & PE compliance.
- Consult with internal and external partners on complex mobility matters to develop strategies to mitigate risk and provide timely solutions while maintaining fiduciary responsibility to partner with the business.
- Support the development of global mobility strategy, policies and processes. Monitors key data from relocation, tax, and immigration providers; identifies potential trends and offers cost effective solutions.
- Maintain, create, and own internal resources, process workflows, education documents, assignment trackers and program metrics, as well as other mobility projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years’ experience in a mobility role
- Knowledge of immigration policies, laws, regulations and processes for Australia, Singapore and Japan
- Vendor management skills
- Strong knowledge of general HR practices, policies, and guidelines
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with senior level executives
