Key responsibilities include developing plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models, while also managing drawing files and assisting with presentations.

**Job Description**:

- **Technical Drawing Creation**:Produce detailed drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) for interior projects using CAD software like AutoCAD.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with interior designers, architects, and other team members to develop design concepts and ensure they are accurately represented in drawings.
- **Design Interpretation**:Translate design ideas and sketches into technical drawings that can be used for construction or renovation.
- **Compliance**:Ensure drawings adhere to building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- **Revision and Updates**:Revise and update drawings based on feedback from the design team, clients, or changes in site conditions.
- **Project Management**:Manage drawing files, organize documentation, and assist with project presentations and timelines.
- **Coordination**:Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., MEP, structural) to ensure all aspects of the design are integrated correctly.
- **Material Specifications**:Assist with material schedules, detail drawings, and coordination with suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:A diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Software Proficiency**:Strong knowledge and experience with CAD software (especially AutoCAD) and potentially 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- **Technical Drawing Skills**:Excellent understanding of architectural and interior detailing, including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- **Attention to Detail**:Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in creating and revising drawings.
- **Communication Skills**:Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and technical information to various stakeholders.
