The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for all costs and contractual issues that connected to the project.

A summary of the responsibilities for this position is, and not limited to, as follows:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in administrative work pertaining to pre-contract or post-contract and procurement
- Assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments
- Involve in budgeting, controlling of cash flow and processing of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts
- Involve in preparing regular cost reports
- Proper documentation of materials control;
- Co-ordination and render support to the project team.
- Attend technical meetings to keep abreast of design development issues and provide cost escalation alerts;

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Good analytical skills
- Good experience in private project and well-verse in Contract Administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
