Assist team seniors in marketing and deal execution of project finance transactions. Details of responsibilities summarized below. **Responsibilities**: **Financial** - Assist in origination of lending and financial advisory mandates including the preparation of marketing materials, proposals and presentation packages. - Assist in the execution of lending and financial advisory transactions including relevant research, preparation and handling of financial models, information memorandums, credit papers, review and analysis of project documents, and coordination with other specialist advisors and consultants. - Assist in the execution of project finance capital market solutions [beyond traditional lending] including rating advisory mandates, refinancings (including preparation of rating analysis), presentations and coordination with external rating agencies. Prior rating experience and fluency with PF infrastructure debt capital markets is an advantage but not a requirement for the role. **Customer** - Work closely with team seniors in liaising and coordination with clients with respect to origination and execution of transactions, and performance of other administrative duties as may be required for a transaction. **People** - Work with MUFG clients and various departments across region and globally **Other/ Control** - Comply with compliance and internal procedures throughout deal process **Job Requirements**: - Degree qualified - Experience in banking, financial services, consulting or similar industries - Experience in financial analysis or corporate finance or financial modelling - Should have a good grasp of financial analysis, corporate finance, financial modelling - Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills - For Analyst level: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role - For Associate level: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role - We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified. _ MUFG Bank Ltd & MUFG Securities Asia Limited (collectively referred to as "MUFG") is an equal opportunity employer.
