**Job description**:
At CaterSpot, we are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer, who is passionate about building products that B2B customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

**What you'll do**
- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into prototypes.
- Ability to work well with internal teams, including engineers, design, operations, account management, marketing, sales and finance to create a smooth user experience for customers and vendors.
- Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like dashboards, frontend, widgets and apps
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Contribute to the product roadmap planning related to UI/UX improvements
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Assess and address technical risks.
- Understand and analyse data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.
- Define success criteria and executive testing and product acceptance.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation. Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.

**Who you are**
- 8+ years experience as a UI/UX product design in a technology or e-commerce startup
- You have built and managed large UI/UX and product design teams and processes
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge on managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Ability to develop product road maps and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in product development and web technologies
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills A degree in Design, Engineering or equivalent preferred
