Youth/young Adult Ministry Worker/pastor

Are you passionate about guiding youth and young adults on their journey to becoming committed followers of Christ? Join us at Thomson Road Baptist Church as we seek to unite and disciple our diverse youth and young adult communities across three dynamic worship services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and unite youth and young adults in their faith journey, empowering them to become effective disciples and ambassadors for Christ.

2. Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship, equipping them to live out the vision and mission of our church to make disciples.

3. Collaborate closely with the pastoral team under the visionary leadership of our Senior Pastor.

**Qualifications and Opportunities**:

- This position is open to interns, ministry workers, or pastoral staff, with or without prior experience. Those without experience will be on an intern basis.
- Applicant must be a Christian and be a member of a local church.
- For interns, the role offers the opportunity to serve while pursuing theological studies concurrently or to engage in a one to two-year internship before pursuing full-time theological education.
- The applicant is required to have a basic understanding of the Mandarin language.
