We are looking for experienced or aspiring individuals to join our growing organization as:
**Building Technician
The Technician is a key member of the operations team, providing technical support for the operations team. Technicians are required to be handy, and exposed to first level technical issues. This person will work closely with the Operations Team to ensure integrity of the procedural duties. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.

**Duties & Responsibilities:
Technicians can expect to focus their work on the following areas:

- Perform regular maintenance duties to ensure proper functioning of building facilities
- To assist the Property Management Officer / Executives / Manager to carry out day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain proper maintenance documentation and tracking of machinery / equipment
- Maintain stock of equipment and inventory at each estate assigned to
- Provide meter data for administration to track usage and cost weighing benefits
- Assist Property Management Staff
- Update and prepare standard operating procedures
- Verify operational accuracy
- Identify workflow or system improvements, and work with respective supervisors and operations team to enact changes

**Requirements:
The operations analyst position typically requires the following qualifications:

- Minimum “O” Level required
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
- A friendly demeanour and ability to excel in a team oriented environment
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated and takes initiative in learning and doing the job well
- Desire and ability to work successfully in a small company environment
