**Job description**:

- Arranges for inspection of tools, material and equipment with Quality department/Responsible Package Engineer.
- Becomes single point of contact with Yard office for all materials administration matters, provide status and resolve all delivery matters.
- Ensures all items received meet quality requirements as per contract specification/purchase orders.
- Assigns unique numbers to all items for full traceability.
- Prepares and submits the inventory reports.
- Issuing of materials or equipment as per request.
- Ensures all inventory items in their locations.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Coordinates collection of items with internal and external parties and monitor duration of product in open storage.
- Participates in stock checks.
- Handles site issued IHR requests.
- Identify surplus material upon work scope completion and prepare for disposal.
- Supervision of suppliers and logistics provider on all material related issues including but not limited to storage, issues and receipts, dispatch, manifesting and shipping as well as repairs and returns.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure delivery schedule remains in line with anticipated shipping date.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure any schedule or material changes are coordinated and communicated to relevant parties both internal and external.
- Ensures that all materials received are properly inspected prior to acceptance; ensuring that specifications are confirmed with the Materials Standardizer so that all accepted materials are as per contract specifications.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience and above in storeroom environment, shipping, receiving, materials, warehousing or/and related.
- Working knowledge of stock handling and receiving procedures and related recordkeeping and inventory control methods Knowledge of and ability to identify tools, equipment and materials being stocked
- Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and Outlook) required.
- Ability to prioritize the work in multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, and action
- Strong ability to solve problems and communicate persuasively.
