**業務内容詳細**
- / Full responsibility for all people management activities within the team
- / Identifying training needs and delivering training within the team and providing feedback, mentoring and assistance to new hires and current team members.
- / Ensures that all team administration is carried out and maintained to a high standard
- / Jointly responsible for the recruitment and retention of resources within the team
- / Monitor systems and provide ongoing feedback for continuous improvements with the delivery of service
- / The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that daily workloads are allocated efficiently in order to meet team, department and organizational SLA’s and ensure optimum productivity.
- / Responsible for ensuring that the quality of work carried out in their team meets / exceeds expected standards and for addressing situations where quality does not meet the expected standard
- / Conduct team meetings, one to ones and communications sessions on a regular basis.
- / Ensures all training within the team is carried out as efficiently and effectively as possible and continuously assesses the quality of performance following the training
- / Supply accurate Payroll information
- / Responsible for managing the objectives and performance appraisals for all team members
- / Develop team initiatives to enable the team to work more efficiently and effectively
- / Responsible for completion of ad hoc projects
