Team Introduction
TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading local product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. A truly collaborative team, PSO works closely with Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Global Business Marketing and many more teams. Our team is agile and curious, and the place to be for problem-solvers and strategic thinkers who are not afraid to get their hands dirty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ever-evolving performance ads product. Partner with a range of cross-functional teams across the world to ensure flawless execution against this strategy.
- Manage growth for a range of products in market; set goals, manage launches and implement activations in order to drive adoption. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales leads to develop planning guidance for TikTok advertising solutions.
- Represent product in-market by demonstrating ownership of overall sales team understanding and acting as the conduit between market and HQ.
- Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development.
- Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok performance advertising products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.
- Prioritise, distill and surface market intelligence to shape future advertising products

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience working within tech in a product marketing capacity.
- BA/BS degree or above.
- Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes.
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and be resilient to adjust quickly to change.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Data driven and able to distill data into insights and leverage data for storytelling.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
